Types of CBD

Here we breakdown the three main types of CBD used in the market today.

1) Full Spectrum:

This is the OG (and un-ironically used in our OG BALM), unrefined hemp extract with all the terpenes, cannabinoids, flavonoids, lipids and all other compounds intact. This includes traces of THC which naturally appear in hemp but do not exceed the 0.3% legal threshhold.

2) Broad spectrum:

This extract aims to remove tiny traces of THC while leaving minor cannabinoids, terpenes, polyphenols, sterols, fats, and other plant materials intact.

☯︎

3) Isolate:

This CBD extract is CBD in its purest form removing all substances from the extract that isn’t cannabidiol. The result is a fine powder that contains around 99% CBD.
